Definicja przedsiębiorstwa rodzinnego z perspektywy logiki

Abstrakt
Zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwami rodzinnymi mogłoby stanowić młodą specjalność w dyscyplinie nauk o zarządzaniu pod warunkiem legitymizacji przez szeroko rozumiane środowisko akademickie dorobku badawczego i teoretycznego zgromadzonego do chwili obecnej. Najpoważniejszą przeszkodą w budowaniu paradygmatu naukowego młodej specjalności jest brak jednej, powszechnie akceptowalnej definicji przedsiębiorstwa rodzinnego. Artykuł ma charakter konceptualny a jego celem jest sformułowanie propozycji definiowania przedsiębiorstwa rodzinnego na miarę XXI wieku, zgodnie z zasadami logiki i w nawiązaniu do najlepszych praktyk nauki amerykańskiej w tym względzie.
