Badanie reaktywnych i proaktywnych zielonych zachowań w miejscu pracy
Abstrakt
Artykuł porusza problematykę wspierania przedsiębiorstw w procesie zielonej transformacji. Prowadzone rozważania koncentrują się głównie na zielonych zachowaniach w miejscu pracy, które obejmują praktyki przyjazne środowisku, przejawiane zarówno przez menedżerów, jak i pracowników, będące dowodem posiadania przez nich zielonych kompetencji. Celem przeprowadzonego badania jest identyfikacja i kategoryzacja zielonych zachowań menedżerów i pracowników z perspektywy proaktywności przejawianej w miejscu pracy. W artykule zaprezentowano podstawy teoretyczne omawianej problematyki oraz wyniki badania empirycznego przeprowadzonego w formie wywiadów indywidualnych z menadżerami. Wyniki badania umożliwiły sklasyfikowanie zielonych zachowań w miejscu pracy w dwie kategorie – reaktywne zielone zachowania (ang. reactive green behaviour) i proaktywne zielone zachowania (ang. proactive green behaviour) – oraz wyjaśnienie ich znaczenia dla podmiotów gospodarczych w kontekście zielonej transformacji. Wyniki badania poszerzają dotychczasową wiedzę poprzez omówienie systemu klasyfikacji rozróżniającego RGB i PGB. Ponadto przedstawione rozważania ułatwiają zrozumienie PGB jako istotnego elementu wymaganego do osiągnięcia pożądanych rezultatów w zielonej transformacji organizacji, prezentując cenne spostrzeżenia menedżerskie.
