Uwarunkowania wdrożenia FinTech w przedsiębiorstwach mikrofinansowych – systematyczny przegląd literatury
Abstrakt
Ponieważ technologia finansowa nadal zakłóca i przekształca branżę finansową, istnieje coraz więcej prac badających, w jaki sposób można ją wykorzystać do poprawy dostępu do podstawowych usług finansowych i promowania włączenia finansowego dla osób na niższym szczeblu piramidy ekonomicznej. W kontekście firm mikrofinansowych badania nad kluczowymi determinantami wpływającymi na udane wdrożenie produktów i usług finansów cyfrowych były ograniczone.
Niniejsze badanie ma na celu zbadanie potencjalnej roli technologii finansowej we wspieraniu zrównoważonego rozwoju, wzrostu i rozwoju firm mikrofinansowych poprzez identyfikację wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych determinantów, które wpływają na proces podejmowania decyzji w zakresie FinTech. Aby to osiągnąć, przeprowadzono systematyczny przegląd, dokładnie badając odpowiednie publikacje indeksowane w bazie danych Web of Science. Proces przeglądu obejmował „schemat kodowania” (analizę treści) w celu wyodrębnienia istotnych pojęć z podstawowych publikacji.
Wyniki badań podkreślają znaczenie różnych czynników związanych z dynamiką społeczną, ekonomiczną, organizacyjną i technologiczną w napędzaniu wdrażania rozwiązań z zakresu finansów cyfrowych. Na podstawie tych wyników zaproponowano kompleksowy model, ilustrujący wzajemne oddziaływanie między trzema potencjalnymi domenami zidentyfikowanymi w kontekście niniejszego przeglądu.
