Świadomość menedżerska koncepcji pracowników wiedzy w sektorze Energy & Utilities w warunkach Przemysłu 4.0
Abstrakt
Sektor energetyczny przechodzi wiele przemian: wdrożenie nowej polityki energetycznej, trend Przemysłu 4.0, zrozumienie roli pracownika wiedzy w firmie. W związku z tym celem poniższych badań jest weryfikacja świadomości menedżerów w zakresie zapotrzebowania na kompetencje pracowników wiedzy w obszarze Przemysłu 4.0. W badaniu wykorzystano krytyczną analizę literatury przedmiotu, ankietę mającą na celu weryfikację obszarów badawczych oraz ekspercką ocenę badań i zachowań rynkowych. Z teoretycznego punktu widzenia definiuje się pojęcie pracownika wiedzy w branży energetycznej w środowisku Przemysłu 4.0. Z empirycznego punktu widzenia wskazano, jak pracownik wiedzy wpływa, a Przemysł 4.0 wpływa na sektor energetyczny. Natomiast z praktycznego punktu widzenia wskazano poziom świadomości menedżerów na temat pracownika wiedzy oraz znaczenie pracownika wiedzy w energetyce. W wyniku i podsumowaniu przeprowadzonych badań potwierdzono, że: Rozwiązania Przemysłu 4.0 wdrażane są bardzo powoli, posiadanie wiedzy pracowników nie jest kluczowym aspektem przedsiębiorstwa, duży wpływ na rynek mają regulatorzy rynku. Natomiast potencjalny kierunek rozwoju sektora energetycznego mieści się w obszarze profilu kompetencyjnego pracownika wiedzy i liderów.
