Wpływ dojrzałości cyfrowej na zaufanie i zaangażowanie organizacyjne na przykładzie placówek podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej w Wielkiej Brytanii
Abstrakt
Podstawowa opieka zdrowotna przechodzi transformację napędzaną wdrażaniem technologii cyfrowych, przyspieszoną przez pandemię COVID-19, co ujawniło jej liczne niedoskonałości. Celem artykułu jest analiza związków przyczynowych między dojrzałością cyfrową, zaufaniem a zaangażowaniem organizacyjnym wśród menedżerów placówek podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej w Wielkiej Brytanii. Badanie ilościowe (N=200) potwierdziło model mediacji, gdzie dojrzałość cyfrowa wpływa na zaangażowanie organizacyjne poprzez zaufanie organizacyjne. Analiza SEM wykazała, że model jest dobrze dopasowany i statystycznie istotny (χ²/df = 1,947; RMSEA = 0,069). Wyniki sugerują, że dojrzałość cyfrowa ma bezpośredni wpływ na zaangażowanie (β = 0,468, p < 0,001) oraz zaufanie (β = 0,705, p < 0,001). Zaufanie organizacyjne pełni rolę mediatora, co podkreśla jego kluczową rolę w procesie adaptacji technologii cyfrowych. Implikacje praktyczne wskazują na konieczność równoległego rozwijania dojrzałości cyfrowej i budowania zaufania, aby skutecznie zwiększyć zaangażowanie pracowników. Badanie podkreśla znaczenie synergii technologii z kulturą organizacyjną w budowaniu zaangażowania oraz wskazuje na potrzebę dalszych badań w różnych kontekstach organizacyjnych.
