Innowacyjność cyfrowa w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach: systematyczne mapowanie literatury z naciskiem na przedsiębiorczość kobiet
Abstrakt
Niniejsze opracowanie przedstawia kompleksową analizę aktualnych badań nad innowacjami cyfrowymi w małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach (MŚP) prowadzonych przez kobiety-przedsiębiorczynie. Korzystając z systematycznego mapowania literatury, przeanalizowano 302 prace opublikowane w latach 2019–2023. Autorzy wykorzystali bazy danych Scopus i Web of Science. Wyniki wskazują na znaczące i rosnące globalne zainteresowanie przedsiębiorczością kobiet, któremu towarzyszy zwiększony nacisk na innowacje cyfrowe w tej dziedzinie. Badanie to podkreśla konieczność
sklasyfikowania przedsiębiorczości kobiet jako odrębnej dziedziny nauki, charakteryzującej się specyficznymi atrybutami i wyzwaniami, które odróżniają ją od tradycyjnych badań nad przedsiębiorczością. W badaniu zwrócono uwagę również na zasadniczą rolę zdolności adaptacyjnych i innowacji w pokonywaniu przeszkód w celu zapewnienia zrównoważonego rozwoju i odporności ekosystemu przedsiębiorczości. Ponadto implikacje tego badania podkreślają znaczenie innowacyjności cyfrowej w przedsiębiorczości kobiet. Identyfikują one dominujące tendencje w badaniach nad MŚP,
sugerują przyszłe kierunki badań i wypełniają istniejące luki w wiedzy. Co więcej, oryginalność badania stanowi zaktualizowany przegląd, który wnosi wkład do istniejącej literatury na temat innowacyjności cyfrowej w kontekście przedsiębiorczości kierowanej przez kobiety
