Abstrakt
W domenie nauk ścisłych istnieją prawa i zasady uważane za fundamentalne. Mają one tę własność, że da się wyprowadzić z nich lub sprowadzić do nich większość poznanych zagadnień. Zarządzanie jest nauką społeczną i nie posiada tej własności. Czy jednak na pewno jej nie posiada? W niniejszym artykule autor rozważa możliwość definiowania fundamentalnych zasad zarządzania i wskazuje przykłady reguł, które można traktować jako odpowiednik praw fundamentalnych w naukach ścisłych.
